Nicole Finnsson

Nicole joined the Think Advantage team in January 2015 in the role of Client Services Manager.


With over 14 years in customer service, hospitality and management roles with Australia’s largest hotel group Accor,  Nicole brings a wealth of experience and professionalism that provides great value and benefit to her clients. Nicole’s customer service passion stems from her belief that clients are the reason we are here and that they should always be our primary focus. As the Office Manager of Think Advantage, Nicole is the smiling face that greets clients with a warm and friendly welcome every time.

With a Bachelor of Business in Catering and Hotel Management, Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) and membership of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), Nicole is commited to the highest standards of customer service and always strives to deliver a positive and stress free experience that puts a smile on her clients faces.

Married to Vahua with two beautiful boys Riley and Caleb, Nicole resides in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and when not working, she loves nothing more than relaxing and spending time with her family and friends.
